Agency Partnership

This is our full Partnership solution, if you are currently working with us under our Retail Partnership this is the next step. We will continue to purchase your product and resell it on our Amazon Store Account, but we will also be assisting you as your Brand Agent on Amazon Canada. This will require you to register with the Amazon Brand Registry and set us up as your Agent. You do not need to have experience or an account or even be currently selling on Amazon. Once we are set up as your Brand Agent we are able to offer the following: 

We handle marketing, advertising, managing, and growing your brand on Amazon

The Brand Registry allows for enhanced marketing abilities by creating engaging product listings witch utilize more details, photos, and videos of your products. Also, we will be able to develop a Branded Store Front.

We will constantly monitor your Brand and protect your Intellectual Property from counterfeiters, and rogue sellers. We can take back control of all listings to ensure they are accurately representing your brand.

We can ensure all sellers on your listings have purchased your product from a reputable distribution source. We can also enforce Minimum Advertise Pricing (MAP) so your product is not undervalued and there is no race to the bottom. Alternatively, we can be your Amazon exclusive seller so that pricing will always be protected.

The best part of all of this is that you are still in full control, you still own your Brand and we are only acting as your agent. We work closely with you and your marketing team to ensure consistency. Think of us as an addition to your Marketing Strategy. You are also not locked into any contract and can cancel our service at any time, if or when it comes to it we can even train you or your staff.

To begin with this phase of our partnership the following steps will need to be completed:

1. If you do not have an account on Amazon we will consult and assist you in the setup of your account. 
2. We will further assist you to register with The Amazon Brand Registry (Active Trademark Required, or one in a pending status with Amazons IP Accelerator)
3. Once your Brand is registered you will need to appoint us as your Brand Agent, this will allow us to monitor your brand going forward

We work with brands that typically have an established customer base with either an existing presence on Amazon or none at all. We primarily focus on Brands that don’t have an Amazon presence and would like to expand in that market space. 

An Active trademark or a pending status with one of Amazon's IP Accelerators is required for this Partnership.
